We’re having búff & buffét – the second single from AGGRASOPPAR’s upcoming album, døgurðaslang (lunch nap).

It’s the opening track on the album, and it really sets the table as it introduces the album’s main theme in all of its grotesque glory: The dinner party.

As the feasting begins, AGGRASOPPAR invite you on a musical journey with delicious Faroese delicacies such as moldy mushroom soup and grandma’s sweaty pancakes. And, of course, the opening dish: Búff & buffét (steak & buffét), a classy and logical combination of everyone’s favourite meals.

AGGRASOPPAR have just played at SPOT Festival as newly crowned winners of the SEMENT band competition and are now on their way to The Great Escape in Brighton. They are infamous for their chaotic live performances where you never know what to expect out of their surprisingly big and diverse repertoire – everything from harsh noise to soft country.
