Mikkel Thomas is in the middle of life and got married to Isabel from Venezuela in 2022. According to his own statement, he has found home. Mikkel Thomas talks about the sound on his new single:
“Together with my good music buddies, I have developed a dry and thick 70s sound, and a genre we are calling Funky Folk. The old sound is seasoned with contemporary synth sounds and lifts the traditional verse and chorus into the light of today”
