Starlight
Starlight was formed in the late 70’s and performed around in The Faroe Islands in the 70’s and 80’s. After a long break the group performed at two local music festivals in Vágur in 2023 and 2024. Ever since it all started the group members have had a dream to record music, and at last after some 40-45 years this dream has finally come true.
The members of Starlight are from Vágur and Sumba in the southern part of Suðuroy.
They are:
- Fimmboði Lisberg, vocal and acoustic guitar
- Jákup Hansen, vocal
- Sámal Samuelsen, drums
- Kári Lisberg, bass
- Jóhan Martin Jacobsen, electric guitar
