Release day with Punjab
Today (18th of September) marks the brand new album release of exciting Faroese outfit Punjab with a reception in the TUTL store at 4.30pm and the album release concert at 9pm at Reinsaríið.

Jazz-inspired alternative funk rock - this might be a suitable description of the powerful experience of listening to the distinct style of Punjab.

Punjab, formed in 2012 by six talented youngsters, have long since won the hearts of a growing audience through their strong live performances across the Faroese music stage, such as at the G! Festival, Voxbotn, Tórsfest, Við Múrin, the Country & Blues Festival as well as other concerts and events.

During this time, Punjab have purposefully worked on their new release, entitled "The Flying Elephant," and TUTL looks forward to welcoming them at the TUTL store for an official reception at 4.30pm today (18th of September), where you'll be able to buy the album as well as tickets for a bigger album release concert, held at the capital's Reinsaríið at 9pm.

In connection with the new release, the band have also released a new music video, produced in collaboration with Polar Films Entertainment, viewable here.
